Abstract

This article explores the application of artificial intelligence technologies to routing optimization and fleet management in intelligent transport and logistics systems. It presents the historical evolution of transportation planning methods from classical operations theory models to modern machine learning and reinforcement learning algorithms. Architectural principles for building intelligent fleet management systems are discussed, including the levels of data collection, processing, and analysis.
