ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF CONSERVATION AND NAVOI IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF LINGUISTICS PLACE

Abstract

The article defines the status of the language issue in the socio-political and scientific-literary activities of the great thinker Alisher Navoi, describes his views on the origin and social essence of languages, evaluates the relationship between language and thinking, language and speech, and content and form issues, proves that he is the founder of the fields of lexical methodology and comprativistics in linguistics, studies the manuscripts and editions of the scientist's work "Muhokamatul-lug'atayn" on linguistics, determines its role in the development of world and Uzbek linguistics, and reveals its scientific and historical significance with factual materials.
