Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of effective regulation of working hours in customs authorities on the efficiency of business entities’ activities. In particular, it highlights how the proper organization of working time in customs clearance processes, increased service speed, reduction of excessive bureaucratic delays, and the implementation of modern information and communication technologies contribute to reducing time and cost losses in business activities.
