RECOGNITION OF THE RIGHT TO INTERNET ACCESS AS AN INDEPENDENT RIGHT: NATIONAL LEVEL

The article analyzes the recognition of the right to Internet access at the national level. It examines the constitutional experience of Mexico, Nepal, Venezuela, Portugal, Ecuador, and other states, as well as the judicial practice of France, India, Greece, and Costa Rica regarding different ways of recognizing this right. Article 33 of the new edition of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan is separately analyzed, along with existing gaps in national legislation.
