Abstract

This article presents a structured methodological framework to enhance the communicative competence of foreign language teachers, specifically focusing on task-based learning, reflective teaching, digital tool integration, and intercultural communication. The framework was applied in a higher education context with pre-service English teachers and evaluated through both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
